David Harris practiced employment law in Toronto for many years initially as the principal of Harris & Partners and subsequently as a sole practitioner. David argued many of the leading employment law cases at the trial and appellate levels before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

David is now semi-retired, living in Canada. He continues to act as a mediator for employment law cases, edit and update a series of eerily fascinating employment law text books, coaches minor league hockey, teaches skiing, is an avid gardener, and swims daily.
